Equipments: The standard booth is equipped with three hoardings, company\'s fascia board, one reception table, two chairs, two spotlights and one power socket of 220V/5A. In case of power utilization for special purpose, please notify us in advance, the extra fees would be charged.). ＝Exhibition Procedures ＝
1. Exhibition procedures: the exhibitor should fill in and submit the Exhibition Agreement together with the copy of Business License by fax or express delivery to exhibition organizing committee, transfer the exhibition fees to the specified account of organizing committee within 10 days, and sent the bank remittance to organizing committee by fax so as to confirm the exhibitor qualification.
2. Booth arrangement: the organizing committee would accord to the principle of “first registration, first payment, and first arrangement”. The organizing committee is entitled to adjust several booths in order to ensure the image of exhibition.
3. Exhibition affairs arrangement: the organizing committee would send the Exhibition Manual (including matters relating to schedule, exhibits transport, hotel reception and booth construction, etc.) to exhibitors 30 days before exhibition
